Unit 20 was about troubleshooting and common problem situations. Depending if the class is a complete new group where nobody knows eachother or if it is a existing group where i am the new one and all students know eachother already, there are diffrent solutions to deal with the students.
In the first lesson it is importent to meet the students, find out about the needs and to establish a rapport about the knowledge of the students. I also learned how to handle bigger classes . For example it does make sense to use worksheets or do aa lot of pair and groupwork. this also helps me as a teacher to monitor the class better.
