I've learnt from this unit a lot of useful information about classroom management. The unit 5 describes the main factors that should be taken into consideration by the EFL teacher, such as eye contact, gesture and voice, when to use students' names and how to group students, the advantages and disadvantages of different classroom arrangements, the appropriate teacher's position in appliance with different lesson stages. At the end of the unit I've learnt some tips about giving instructions, establishing rapport and maintaining discipline at the lesson.
