The class management may seem an easy task, however I find it is at the base of a good class room.
It will be very difficult to apply all the heads-up given in this unit, however my understanding is that the base of a good lesson is to moderate equally between average TTT and STT; combine pairs and groups based on the class relationships (which may require a few lessons of analysis).
I hope I will be able to get the perfect balance while distributing classes and mostly have the opportunity to plan my classes by time and control gesture (which may be quite hard at times!).
