In lesson 19 i learned how to plan a lesson with diffrent students. Young learners have other interrests and requirements then a business english student for example.
Because young learners will often not be as motivated as a businessenglish student because they didnt choose to learn the language unike the BE student.
It is also harder to keep young learners motivated, thats why its important to keep it short and simple, and bring a variaty of class activitys.
Business english students are mostly slower in learning as the young learners on the same knowledge level. But they are more motivated because they dicided to come to the class by themselfs. Most BE students need it because they need the language for the job or they plan to move in a english speaking country.
I also learned about the class discipline and the management.
Also what kind of problems could show up and how they can be solved.
If there are bored or they maybe have personal problems.
