This unit gives the brief explanation of the classroom management, how properly to use eye contact, voice, gestures. Also it was useful to learn about classroom arrangements, their pros and cons and especially about classroom management issues and the possible solutions for them. The most interesting and useful part of the unit for me is the last one. It makes me think what behaviour problems can happen, what reasons can be behind them and of course what solutions I would find.
