As a reacher let us aim to have a good class management. We must be able to inspire confindence int the student. We must learn when to be firm and when to leave the student alone. Teachers must be flexible and changes his/ her role according to activity or situation without being lost or leaving the student uncertain . I learn from this unit that Clasroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class, having friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. As a teacher we have the authority move the studentsfor the benefit of the activity or discipline. But it should be done firmly and politely from the start of school opening.
