This unit helped greatlz in identifying the best suited method to train all levels of groups from the young groups to the advanced level leraners, the emphasis on ESA is great as it helps in understanding what to facilitate when to speak and and when to let the class speak. The activities are very important and I personally use it a lot in my trainings with the program it gave me more confidence that activities and enagae and study is perfect balance to teach all groups.
