I did truly appreciate the time that you spent in putting together this course. It has been valuable already, and doubtless will continue to be so. I did note that while you list many different teaching approaches, you ONLY spent time giving information for the ESA lesson plan principles. While it seems easy to see why this method is much better, in the essence of fairness in presenting things I would have thought you would have at least tried to give a little more emphasis upon the alternate methods, (at least a couple), just to give a more rounded set of options for the student.
