Since the day when an individuals begins learning a new language it is profoundly required that the individual learns and understands parts of speech. Starting from the simple ones; nouns , verbs and adjectives and then through out the process continuing with deeper analysis on; prepositions, groups of adverbs, gerunds, articles and all of the above mentions having subgroups.
The importance is that beginners should be able to form simple sentences and build up continuously.
Before studying this Unit-I too struggled with distinguishing many parts of speech and their function in the sentence itself. I focused more in; adverbs an adverb types, analyzing gerunds e.g. ( new examples rather than the ones given in the Unit ) and types of Pronouns. I also understood what Auxiliary verbs are. Finalizing, I did learn a considerate amount of word order/syntax to further more expand my knowledge of the English Language.
