In this unit, first we have learned what makes a good teacher, in other words. If we want to be a good teacher, what kind of good qualities we need to have, so every time when we have classes, we need to remind ourselves with those qualities. And also learned different roles of teachers, so now I'm really clear that what kind of role I need to take during different stages of classes. Second, I have known that what qualities good learners need to have and differences of learning between adults and young learners. Besides, also got some new knowledge about language levels and their brief introduction. Eventually, have known reasons why more and more students are coming for classes. From this unit, I have learned a lot about being a good teacher and good learner , will keep them in mind at all times.
