These two videos showed a good example each of a poorly-run and ineffective class and a well-run, effective class. In the first class the teacher was late, had a rather rude attitude and was unclear in his instructions, acting like he didn't even know how to explain the worksheet or run the activity. In the second class, the teacher was positive, engaging, fair and respectful, and had a grasp of the lesson and how to teach it and engage the students. It was a great comparison to keep in mind!
