This is an aspect of teaching that comes rather naturally to me. Making a classroom a safe, comfortable, inspiring place, where each person is respected and valued, and where learning can happen. I love it! This was still a fun lesson to do because of all the little details and pieces that go into a classroom. I definitely learned a thing or two. Like, it was a good reminder to be careful about time spent facing the whiteboard. There were also some helpful tips for trimming down the amount of time I talk as a teacher (cause occasionally I can be a bit of a chatty person).
