Honestly, this unit was the easiest one for me so far through this course. Luckily, I have been teaching tenses very frequently all along my teaching career and have loads of experience with it in various contexts. In Iran, the trickiest of present tense forms is the prefect continuous, as there is no such tense in Persian language and present prefect is used instead. In Turkey, students learn present tense forms fairly rapidly, except for perfect forms. In Turkish, simple tense is normally used in place of the perfect forms.
