This unit was a very good explanation of the atmosphere and environment needed to establish a positive learning environment. Everything in this situation has to have a balance. The class room environment depends on how many students, their ages, personalities, culture and more. I think it is incredible to think of making a neutral classroom culture for the students. One must understand the culture each students brings and work within that situation but to understand the norms and functions of the class itself will create a learning environment which is suitable to positive learning motivation.
