This lesson went through the past verb tenses. The similarities between the past tense and the present tense (already tested) are clearly pointed out at the beginning of the lesson, which helped greatly in understanding! Providing a list of the irregular past simple verbs helped refresh my memory about these. Since there is no rule for them I will need to be able to explain to my students that they will just need to memorize and get used to them.
