This unit goes over the importance of lesson planning. Lesson plans are essential because they can aid teachers in forming a clear and concise plan for whatever objectives the teacher will be teaching to their class. Lesson plans help teachers stay on target and organized, but it important to remember to be flexible because things may not turn out the way you expect. I also learned that lesson plans should be organized and straightforward. And being organized is not limited to just the lesson plan but also the classroom. The unit makes an excellent point by saying that it is crucial for the teacher to be prepared and organized with the various material and equipment that will be used in the lesson. Again, I found this unit to be very helpful.
