Unit 19 described several types of special groups that an English teacher may work with and gave recommendations as to how best help these students learn. Teaching students one-on-one benefits them because the lesson can be very personalized, but you lose the classroom dynamic that motivates some students. The most important thing about teaching children is to introduce them to the language and improve their confidence using it. Classes designed for learning English for business should be a slower pace because the students likely have worked a full day before coming to class and will likely be tired.
