From the Unit 9(coursebooks and lesson materials) ,I know that the materials are divided into 2 kinds: authentic material and created materials. And this Unit introduces the advantages and disadvantages of course books and how to ues the course books.Teachers have four different options for course book ues:omit,replace,supplement and adapt.Besides,I learn how to analyse a course book from this Unit.
I think the suitable coursebooks and materials have good effect on teaching,but teachers should not rely them on totally.
