A lesson plan is very important and has many advantages: it helps the teacher to be organized, effective, and focus on the subject of the lesson. It doesn't mean that it will be a boring lesson and not flexible.
The teacher can bring to the lesson interesting activities that the pupils will like them: games, songs,
give time to the pupils creating activities.
The teacher has to be aware of the weakness of his pupil in the class, on the other hand, the strengths of his pupil. He can think about activities that they can work together and contribute to each other.
An organized lesson will also be very clear for the pupils and help them to understand the aim of it.
