The unit reminds me of how I conform to the course book that we are using in the school where I am teaching. To be honest, it’s really hard to use a material where you are not so comfortable in using. Although, I always try my best to use the course book, I still try to introduce some new materials to my students. Authentic materials are some best sellers. By that, I mean many students want to use them because they feel that they are achieving or experiencing how native speakers read, write, speak, listen and do their daily activities. Some students even request me to continue using materials for the rest of the course.
