This unit exposed me to concepts that I was familiar with in previous occupations and professions for the most part and as such, was a good refresher. The part that I was not as familiar with had to do with assessing the various levels of English language for the second language learner and the European "Framework". The potential for divergent cultural frameworks in the same classroom setting adds to the challenges.
