This unit was helpful. Again, one must know his or her audience. I like how the unit was broken down by group because I see myself referencing this section when I have a reluctant student, a large class or have difficulties during listening exercises. I can see how teaching requires a high level of patience. The teacher must have a good attitude. It's important to build a relationship with the students and get off onto the right foot.
