This unit provided a brief summary and analysis of the parts of speech. It included useful examples in each section and explained articles, adjectives, nouns, verbs, prepositions, adverbs and conjunctions among other topics. This was a good unit for me, because I take understanding of many aspects of English grammar for granted. I do not think twice about the use of articles and the definition of a gerund when I am using English. It was, thus, good to learn more deeply about parts of speech. This material was last covered in depth when I was in elementary school.
