In this unit I learned how important can be class organization, position of a teacher in the class, standing in front or sitting, how a teacher can lead the class to calm down just using a lower and calmer tone or how to live up a little bit the spirit of the class using a more cheerful tone. Also, how to group the students and when, and how those disposition can improve or diminish the student talk time. Also, how important is to keep this student talking time high, so we give students the opportunity to practice what they already know from the language, and how a teacher can keep her/his talking time as short as needed by choosing carefully the language for the explanations, by keeping it simple, basically. In this unit we also learned how discipline problems may occur, how to avoid them, and how to address them.
