In this unit I learned how to manage a classroom. For example the important points when considering classroom arrangement of the students. That there are both positive and negative factors associated with each arrangement. Also the various methods for reducing teacher talk time and time spent facing away from students by using equipment prepared beforehand such as an overhead projector or vocabulary cards. Overall this unit has helped me better to understand how to effectively manage a classroom setting which includes disciplinary action of students if necessary.
