Unit 5 introduced different aspects of classroom management, such as the teacher's presence, classroom arrangement, student groupings, student-teacher rapport, and how to address problem behaviors. This unit recognizes how the small aspects of teacher interaction (like eye contact, physical location, and gestures) can affect the students' reactions and classroom effectiveness. More importantly, the unit discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different ways to group the students and to organize the classroom.
