I learned more about resources and teaching aids available to the teacher in this unit. I was able to gather a good amount of information from each of the presented teaching aids and what their purpose in the classroom was. I think that the list of resources towards the end of the chapter was also useful and will be helpful down the road when designing a plan for a class. I enjoy boardwalk and thought that the suggestions regarding the role and strategies of board work in the classroom were helpful. I think I benefited less from some of the digital aids such as CD's and video cassettes because they are outdated and there are better digital alternatives to those two that are potentially easier and more reliable.
