I really like this lesson and how it explains the "how" part of teaching. The different method example are all very helpful for ideas of how to run the classroom. I agree with the statement that encouragements are just as important as corrections when teaching from personal experiences in grade school. The ESA lesson style has many different possible lesson compilations and the methods seem like they would be very effective in acquiring a second language.
