This unit discussed different types of special groups teachers may come across in their career. This included beginners, individual students, children, business people, and multilingual classes. For each of these groups, the unit discussed what you could expect in each type of class. For example, when teaching business people your class may not be as motivated and for children you must be very animated and active during your lesson. It then followed up with some tips and lesson ideas. I found that I learned a lot from this lesson, since I had never really thought I would have to teach such special groups. However, I may find myself doing individual tutoring sessions or English learning for a club. This gave me ideas on what to expect and look out for. For example, I should over prepare for individual sessions and try to make fun activities to keep my student and me enthusiastic and motivated.
