The things that I have learned from this unit pertain to a variety of areas. The importance of the qualities that both teacher and student should have are to be carried out for the entirety of the class. I agree that if students are to prosper, a teacher must find a good balance between taking control, motivating, listening, being aware of the student's needs, being a facilitator and a model. Monitoring the student's behavior and progress can be very important for the student's satisfaction of the course.
