In Unit Four: Present Tenses I learned that there twelve different tenses in the English language. I believe I learned four during my elementary years of schooling, so this unit was an eye-opening experience for me. Reflecting on my experiences learning other foreign languages, I was immediately able to empathize with new English learners who may experience difficulty with identifying what is what.
