Here are the classification of special groups : the beginners, individual, young learners, business English, and monolingual versus multilingual. The categories of beginners are absolute beginners, false beginners adult beginners, young beginners and beginners without the Roman alphabet. As a teacher when teaching beginners, we should keep it simple, should be visual rather than verbal, we should get them talking, questions and repetition drillings, use pair work, always try to be supportive and so on. With the individual category, a positive thing is only one level, a negative thing is the dynamic. It’s important to do a need analysis before starting, focus on the interests, cover all the skills, and vary your activities and approach. About young learners, you always praise them, a lot of repetition, slow and simple speech, reference individual, prepare a lot of activities and keep it fun. For business English, you know that you aren’t there to teach them business. There different ways that be done to teach them: individual, company department to your school, or teach them in the company. The common problem that could arise are tiredness, mixed ability, attendance- they won’t be able to attend all the classes, and different motivation. And as a teacher, you should go through these process before you actually start teaching : level test, needs analysis group need negotiation, plan out your syllabus, test and evaluate progress, and post-course evaluation.
