This unit presents the common problems and situations EFL teachers are likely to face in the classrooms. In doing so, the unit beautifully describes the two possible groups of students (new and existing group), their characteristics, what to do in a typical first classroom meeting, and how to get started with each group. Warmers games designed to engage the students and get them talking in English while at the same time having fun were suggested in the unit. Some of the takeaways in this concluding unit which I find interesting and resourceful includes the tips on how to manage; different class levels (class with mixed abilities), potentially large classes, use of native language in the classrooms (monolingual classes), reluctant students, and difficulty with listening texts. Surely, the unit is a troubleshooting manual!
