This was a very thorough review of grammar in my opinion and I learned a lot. After recently studying Spanish, I was able to draw some comparisons with how the grammar is structured. For example, the infinitive verb, it’s past participle, present participle, and past simple. I learned a more concrete explanation of the grammar rules with adverbs, nouns, articles, prepositions, and more. The reason “a” is used instead of “the” was something I probably couldn’t explain clearly before this review. Now I can easily say it has to do with wether the noun is a part of a group or a specific member of a group. I can also now explain more clearly the exceptions with countable and uncountable nouns. I plan to review this material many more times before stating my job as an English teacher.
