In unit 1 I've learned the the different roles that teachers play and the various levels of learners they interact with. I learned how vital it is to understand not only the level of leaner someone is, but also the motivations they carry into the classroom. The different motivations and experiences a learner has the different roles a teacher needs to fulfill in order to be as effective as possible. Looking back at my own experiences I recall the best teachers making lessons interesting, and were able to develop a good relationship with me.
