I learned what traits make a good teacher. With out a background in education, this will be an important lesson to remember. Teachers should be kind and patient. They should love to teach, and be lively and entertaining. Teachers should have a good grasp on the subject matter, and also be able to motivate their students. They should recognize others weakness, and involve all students in activities.
