I have to say that in my own experience, I have had an easier time learning and enjoyed the experience more when my classes were small and intimate. Very large classes allow the student to become lost. They can fall behind and never catch up with the rest of the class. I also felt better about the class when I thought the teacher knew who I was and made contact with me during the class session. All of the items in this unit seem to be examples of common sense. Although, I have also seen many violations in my school experience, so who is to say it is common.
