Unit 10 reflects that the learning process of the students all boils down as to the attitude of the teacher, readiness, being organized and how clear the way of teaching is. First video showed how hard it is for the students to learn if the class is disorganized, no clear instructions so they came so confused, and the attitude of the teacher was questionable, thus the learning of the students was compromised. Whereas, the second video clip showed a well organized class, well prepared teacher with a good mood of teaching and was able to build rapport with students right at the start of the class by introducing his names & get his students names ass well. The teacher was accommodating as well by entertaining questions and even participating in the activity, he also smile to give more confidence and trust to the students. Therefore, second video was way more effective.
