This unit describes the characteristics of a Teacher and the various roles one has to play as a Teacher in the classroom and when. The learner is also described, taking into consideration the factors that makes a good learner and whether they are young learners or adults. The units further explores the relationship between teacher and learner and I have learnt that it is indeed a complex relationship, which requires a great deal of sensitivity and genuine willingness on the teacher's part, to help a student become better at the language.
