This lesson is all about the past tense, and how it differs between simple, perfect, continuous, etc. The words associated with the past are easy to understand with were vs had associations with continuous/perfect and the other forms. However, the usage is harder to understand with actually being able to explain the differences. This lesson helps clarify that, which helps better understand it as a whole.
