In this unit I learned the differences between being a teacher and being a learner. I also learned the different roles of being a teacher and how each role applies to different scenarios. I learned that not all roles apply to each learner as each learner has their own characteristic.
Besides this, I also learned the different aspects on how to be a good teacher and a good learner. This has opened up my mind on how to be a not only a good teacher but also an effective one. I learned that as a teacher, we must keep each lesson lively and entertaining for the learners to be interested and motivated. We as a teacher, should be a big motivator to the learners and make sure that we know how to correct the learners when needed.
