I have learnt about qualities, roles and resposibilities of teachers and students. I know that as a good teacher I should care about the way I teach but care even more about the learning of the students. It is important to be kind and patient, know how to motivate and ecourage all students to prticipate in activities. I know more about the role of the teacher, I understood that it will depend on the tipe of the acitivity and what I will like my students to learn. It is very important to know which role to take and when. I have also learnt about factors that make a good students. I know that students can be devided to Adults and Young Learners. I have learnt about differences between adult and young learners, differences accure in learning experience, motivation, nervousness, language awareness, behaviour problems, life experience. I konw more about the levels of language ability that learners are grouped into. Unit also helped me to understand the reasons why students want to study English.
