This unit is about many things with several headlines .the first one brings out some situations that might be problematic to teachers who are in new teaching position with some suggested activities of dealing with them.
The next one elaborates on introduction of class warmer and also its activities that can motivate students to like the language.
The third one is about some steps for a teacher to follow in order to deal with certain matters whenever he/she comes across them in teaching field. Such as facing a group where the students are in different levels .The fourth one also is about a number of techniques to be taken in order to be successful when he/she comes across large classes.
The fifth one talks about ways to discouraging students from the use of native language and encouraging the use of English language. And the sixth explains some methods of encouraging reluctant students to speak or participate in class activities.
And finally what is been elaborated is listening texts which is another common problem that a teacher who is in new teaching position may face from students.
I’ve learnt a lot about large classes in particular.
