This unit has presented ways to have successful classroom management. It teaches us how to help students to learn effectively and how to inspire self confidence in them. This unit also teaches us how to use eye contact, how to use gestures appropriately, and to make sure we use the correct clarity, range, variety or projection in our voices. It tells us to use a greater variation of our voice in order to have greater effectiveness. Basically treat students with respect, as you expect the same from them, and this will help create good rapport with them. Know when you should have teacher talk time and when to allow student talk time.
