During this unit I have learnt many different teaching methodologies and theories, I now have a proper understanding of the ESA method and how to incorporate it into my lessons. Knowing when to correct a student is also a extremely helpful skill to have so I don’t discourage my students and keep them interested and engaged in my class. These skills will go a long way helping me to know when is the time to engage and when is the time to let them work on their own .
