These videos very adequately demonstrated the differences in how to be an effective teacher.The first video shows the ineffective way to teach.The teacher just walks in without introducing himself and finding out the students names. He appears very disorganized and seems to confuse the students more with the way he is teaching. When he wrote the contractions on the board he initially wrote them without the apostrophe. After he gave the students their assignment, then he went back and added the apostrophe's to the contractions. The second video demonstrated the more effective way of teaching. The students had a better understanding of what the teacher was asking them to do.
