This unit discussed different factors for organizing classes and managing students. I learned that minute issues, such as the placement of students and writing on the board, can influence how well the class goes and how much students learn from the lesson. I thought it will be challenging to strike a good balance between personalizing the class and helping students who are falling behind, and balancing school atmosphere and keeping group progress in mind.
