This unit is related to classroom management. We need to know the class is make up of two parts, teachers and students.
From the angle of the teacher, the teacher needs to form their own teaching styles with the suitable usage of eye contact, gesture and the voice. Besides, the teacher needs to know how to deal the relationship with students. If the relationship too closed to each other, may causes the problem that teacher loses control of the class.
