In this unit I have learned more way of discipling the students while we all feel comfortable and not intimidated . I have also learn how to keep students interested in class and be able to enforce the rules by using simple language . I understand that we as teachers need to keep a happy face for our students and be on our best behaviour , but there are some students who can really get the teacher in tears in front of the class or make the teacher really angry that the happy face quickly disappears , especially teaching non speakers of English and the student knowing the teacher can not do anything but maybe report to their homeroom teacher .
