In this unit i learned about different potential problems you can come across in the classroom and ways that you can address them or prevent them. Classes fall into two categories; new groups and existing groups. In a new group, students do not know each other. In an existing group, students are likely to know each other and be comfortable with each other. Some activities to help establish rapport include questionnaires, surveys, the pass the balls game, and a needs analysis. Warmers that can help students become comfortable include the game hangman, dictionary, tongue twisters, and memory games.
